We strongly encourage couples to schedule a consultation call with us so that we're able to meet face-to-face and to make sure we're both a good fit for each other. We understand choosing a wedding photographer and/or videographer is a huge decision and we want to make sure you're fully equipped with all the details you need to make a decision.
What should you expect?
This is a casual conversation with the goal of learning a bit about each other, helping you build a custom package, and answering any questions you may have. No preparation is needed, we'll meet you where you're at in the planning process.

FAQ's
Marcus began shooting weddings solo in 2015 and Annika joined him in 2020. We've shot over 75 weddings as a team.
We describe our shooting style as "guided candid," meaning that we capture moments as they are, but offer guidance when needed. We offer prompts over directly posing as it leads to a more authentic moment and feels less forced.
We help you create family and wedding party lists so that portion of your day can go smoothly and you don't have to worry about missing a photo with the most important people in your life.
Yes! We have general liability coverage of $1 million and our equipment is also insured. Our Certificate of Insurance can be provided to you and/or your venue upon request.
Photo galleries and wedding films are delivered within 12 weeks of your wedding date, but often sooner. You'll first get a private link where you'll be able to download and share from, followed by a mailed hard copy USB drive.
If we are creating both a film and gallery for you, your gallery will be delivered within the 12 weeks, and the film will be delivered within the next 4 weeks.
Of course! While we primarily work in the Portland Metro area, we are always excited at the opportunity to go further.
Travel within 100 miles of Portland is included in each package. Travel fees for destinations outside of that radius will be discussed on a case-by-case basis dependent on specific location.
Yes! After paying your $500 deposit, you can opt for monthly or partial payments. If this is something you're interested in, we can discuss a custom payment schedule that will fit your financial situation.
Absolutely! We think it's really important to see what an entire gallery looks like from getting ready to reception, as lighting and locations often change throughout the day. Once you inquire, you will be sent a few galleries of clients that have graciously allowed us to share theirs.
We take file storage extremely seriously. We invest in reliable cameras, SD cards, and hard drives to limit the chance of technical malfunction. All of our cameras shoot or record to multiple SD cards. As soon as we get home from your wedding, we back up your files to three separate locations. After we deliver both the digital and hard copies of your gallery or film, your memories head to long term storage drive and stay there forever. It's crucial you download your memories and keep the drive we send you in a clean, dry place.

Inquiry & Consultation
Once you submit your inquiry form, we'll get back to you within 48 hours to schedule a consultation call to go over your vision for your wedding & get to know each other. We'll talk through packages and details to create a custom package that includes everything you want and nothing you don't.
Booking & Planning
After our consultation, we'll hold your date for 2 weeks. To finalize your booking a $500 deposit and signed contract is due. We'll plan your engagement session, be here to answer questions throughout the planning process, and meet a few weeks before the big day to finalize all the details.
The Big Day
We'll be with you more than most of your guests, and promise to make it fun and relaxing. Whether it's fluffing the dress or making sure you have a moment to breathe, having two photographers means that no moment will be missed and we can put extra care and attention into making your big day the best it can be.
Delivery
Once we say goodbye, we get straight to work. First, ensuring your files are safe and backed up to multiple locations, then we get to work in our editing cave. Our standard delivery time for single-service packages is 12 weeks, but we always aim to deliver as fast as we can without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
