Photography
All of our photo packages include: 2 photographers, a complimentary engagement session, sneak peeks within 1 week, your full gallery delivered within 12 weeks, an online gallery with full printing rights, a USB drive with all your photos, help building your wedding day timeline, and a pack of 20 keepsake Polaroids (you’ll get the physical copies + digital scans).
Half Day Coverage — Starting at $3,200
Great for couples who don’t need the whole day covered. This is perfect for micro weddings and elopements. Includes up to 5 hours of coverage and an average of 250+ images.
Full Day Coverage — Starting at $4,200
Ideal if you want everything from getting ready to the dance floor captured. Includes up to 10 hours of coverage and an average of 500+ images.
Photo Add-Ons:
- Extra Polaroids: $30 per pack (20 photos)
- Extra hourly coverage: $200 per hour (includes both photographers)
Videography
All video packages include: 2 videographers, delivery within 12 weeks, online delivery, and a USB drive with your films. You’ll get two videos: a highlight film, which is a fully edited, cinematic version with music and layered audio that tells the story of your day, and a long-form video of the big events like your first look, ceremony, toasts, and first dances, lightly polished so you can relive everything in its entirety.
Half Day Coverage — Starting at $5,000
Up to 5 hours of coverage, perfect for micro weddings and elopements. Typical highlight video is 5+ minutes.
Full Day Coverage — Starting at $7,000
Up to 10 hours of coverage for couples who want the full day captured. Typical highlight video is 10+ minutes.
Videography Add-Ons:

FAQ
How far in advanced should we book?
We recommend booking your photographer as soon as you’ve secured your venue—typically 9 to 15 months before your wedding date. Our calendar fills up quickly (especially for summer and fall weekends), so the sooner you reach out, the better chance you’ll have of snagging your date!
How many hours of coverage do we need for our wedding?
It depends on your day! Most couples book 8 hours to cover everything from getting ready through the dance floor. Elopements or intimate celebrations may only need 6, while larger events or cultural weddings often go for 10. We’re happy to talk through your timeline and recommend the best fit.
Can we customize our package?
Definitely. While we offer carefully curated packages that work for most couples, we know every wedding is different. If you need something a little more tailored—like added hours, a second shooter, or rehearsal dinner coverage—just reach out and we’ll create something custom for you.
How do payments and retainers work?
To reserve your date, we require a 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. This officially secures your spot on our calendar and ensures we don’t book anyone else for your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding, but we’re happy to split it into a payment plan that works for you—just let us know what feels manageable and we’ll make it easy.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We’re always ready for whatever weather Oregon throws our way! Rainy days can actually be incredibly romantic and beautiful on camera. Most of our gear is weather sealed, and we’ll come prepared with clear umbrellas, timeline tweaks, and indoor lighting plans if needed—and we’ll keep everything relaxed and stress-free.
What if we're awkward in front of the camera?
That’s totally normal—and honestly, most of our couples say the same thing when booking! Our approach is relaxed, guided, and fun. Your engagement session is the perfect practice run before the big day. Outside of couples, family, and wedding party portraits, we don't do much posing on your wedding day. We want you to see yourself being present in the moment.
Can we see a full wedding gallery before booking?
Of course! We’re happy to share full wedding galleries so you can get a clear idea of how we document an entire day—not just the highlight reel. Just reach out and we’ll send you a few examples that are similar in location, size, or style to your celebration.
Do you edit all the photos?
Yes! Every photo you receive is carefully selected and edited by us to reflect our timeless, true-to-life style. We never outsource editing, and we don’t just deliver the raw files—each image is color-corrected, lightly retouched, and curated to tell the full story of your day.
Will we have printing rights for our photos?
Absolutely. All of our collections include high-resolution images with full printing rights. You can download, print, and share your photos freely. We recommend ProPhoto Lab in Portland for quality, professional printing.
What’s your backup plan if you get sick or can’t make it?
We’ve never missed a wedding—but we have a solid backup plan in place just in case. We work with a trusted network of professional photographers and videographers in the Portland area and beyond. If something unexpected happens, we’ll ensure a qualified team steps in, and we’ll still handle all editing and delivery so your final gallery and films match our style.
Do we help with creating the wedding timeline?
Yes! Timeline planning is one of the most important parts of ensuring a smooth, low-stress wedding day. We’ll work with you (and your planner, if you have one) to create a photography-friendly timeline that builds in buffer time, natural light, and breathing room so you’re never rushed.
Do we travel?
Yes, we love to travel! While we’re based in Portland, Oregon, we’re available for weddings and elopements across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Just let us know where you’re headed, and we’ll put together a custom travel quote.
